SmartSampling at Hanford [Sandia National Laboratories]

The Richmond Environmental Restoration Project at the Hanford Site in southeastern Washington state is in the process of characterizing and remediating numerous sites contaminated with chemicals and radionuclides.

The 200 Area Remedial Action Project , managed and operated by Bechtel Hanford, has contracted the project to review the currently planned decision process and to evaluate how SmartSampling can best be integrated into established Hanford methodologies.

Deployment is scheduled for the Gable Mountain Pond site.
